I need a constitutional or civil rights lawyer in wisconsin whom is willing to take on my local PD?
Q. Basically i have on voice mail the Chief of police telling me flat out what he is telling members of my community about me.It is costing me employment and also help from my community. The lawyer who represented me in my criminal case does not practice that type of law and advised me that my rights are more than likely being violated and i need to contact a civil rights or constitutional law attorney in order to be vindicated and or have the PD stop slandering my name to anyone. He cannot be for certain because he doesnt practice that type of law.I live in Wisconsin and this lawyer must take the case pro-bono because during their investigation into the crimes i committed the detectives in that case wrongfully took all the money i had and… [cont.]

What is the statute of limitations on violations of Constitutional/ Bill of Rights issues?
Q. Violations would include: Denial of Due Process, Denial of Equal Protection, Denial of Free Speech, and other civil rights violations. Also would any statute of limitation be changed or extended if felonious/ criminal activities were involved in this denial of rights (such as fraud and conspiricay)? While I have been told that the statute of limitation on most all discimination claims and clauses in various laws is 6 months, I can not get a clear and accurate answer if this applies to Constitutional/ Bill of Rights violations also. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! This does involve a local government entity in the state of Michigan, I have spoken to Attorneys in this area however I am somewhat leary ( political connections,… [cont.]

A. No -- if the suit is directly based on constitutional violations, then as long as the problem is ongoing, you can file suit. If the suit is based on past violations that are not ongoing, then it would be based on what federal (or state) statute grants relief -- such as 42 USC 1983 for civil rights violation under color of authority, or other statutes for discrimination issues. But it's almost certainly longer than 6 months -- however, don't delay in speaking to an attorney about your particular case, so the attorney can research that particular issue.

Why am I labeled a Liberal and Open Borders lover because I don't support Arizona's unconstitutional Law?
Q. Why do people blast me with those names just because I don't agree with an Unconstitutional law, and why do they think I support illegal immigration just because of that to? Nobody has said that they support illegal immigration? and what is "Open Borders" anyway? Arizona's new immigration law is unconstitutional Arizona Law Normalizes Racial and Ethnic Profiling (Rep. Mike Honda)

A. The whole "open borders lobby" is another label anti-immigration people have invented for people that fight for immigrant's rights. There is no such thing as an open borders lobby. Nobody wants people to travel freely though our borders that's ridiculous!!! What next? Socialist, Communist, Marxist etc...LOL!
